Role Description

We are looking for a Data Engineering Trainer to deliver practical training on data engineering concepts, tools, and workflows.

This role involves guiding learners through real-time data pipelines, hands-on projects, and industry-relevant use cases. The ideal candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly and help learners apply them in practical scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on data engineering concepts and ETL/ELT processes

• Conduct hands-on sessions using industry tools

• Guide learners through real-time data workflows and projects

• Explain data integration, transformation, and pipeline concepts

• Mentor learners and support their skill development

• Align training with current industry practices

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field

 • Strong programming skills in Python or Scala

 • Hands-on experience with Big Data tools such as Hadoop and Spark

 • Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines

 • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

 • Familiarity with data processing and integration techniques

 • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Preferred Skills

• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience

• Exposure to real-world data engineering projects
