Production support activities such as trouble shooting, operational efficiencies, release management, etc. Develop SSIS code, steward existing ETL jobs, manage DB space and tune queries.
Provide support for defect resolution and triage.
Participate in proof of concepts for software tools/technologies related to application or process development.
Provide support on CI/CD pipelines and automation. Ultimately responsible for maintaining solutions and maintain documentation related to production systems, including standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Production support role.
Performance Tuning and optimizing experience of SQL, PL/SQL code to reduce execution time or improve efficiency.
Hands-on experience in SSIS, SQL Server, Oracle, and SQL.
Experience with scheduling tools such as CA Workload Automation. Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with query optimization and performance tuning.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
