Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineer with strong experience in Snowflake, Azure, and distributed data processing frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data-driven and cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop reconciliation logic using SQL-based transformation and Implement complex reconciliation scenarios
  • Snowflake Data Engineering :Ensure recon results are persisted securely and efficiently. Optimize storage and compute usage in Snowflake.
  • Azure & Distributed Processing : Support cloud-native deployment and execution of recon jobs
  • Data Pipeline & Integration : Load and process data from multiple upstream systems. Build automated pipelines for: Data ingestion ,Recon execution, Result generation.
  • Automation & Optimization :Automate Recon setup using JSON/config-driven frameworks

View creation and data transformations. Improve performance and reduce manual effort in recon lifecycle.

  • Data Governance & Quality : Ensure data quality dimensions:Accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness.

Required Skills:

  • Hands on Experience with Snowflake: Writing queries, validating data, working with Snowflake integrations and pipelines.
  • Strong Experience in Azure : AKS, Azure Data Lake, Databricks.
  • Proficiency in Programming Python.
  • Experience with Data Engineering ETL/ELT pipelines , Data transformations.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data validation in cloud data services.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and Experience with GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development tools.
  • Ability to leverage AI for code generation, automation, and productivity improvements.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of metadata-driven or config-based reconciliation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of BDD framework. Familiarity with data governance, audit, and Reconciliation domain concepts.
