We are hiring a senior Data & Analytics (D&A) Delivery Leader for a tier-1 IT services organization, supporting large, complex data and analytics programs.
About the Role
This is a hands-on delivery leadership role requiring strong ownership of end-to-end D&A delivery, client engagement, and large program governance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project governance, planning, and execution for a large Govt. related program.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure compliance with government standards.
- Drive risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong experience and acumen in next gen data management and AI principles and lead project of a large scale (150+)
- Should have worked or interface with the Big 4 Consulting firms/IT Services
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and manage large-scale IT programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track deliverables, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 1525 years of total experience into data warehousing, Big Data, Power BI delivery
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA + MBA or equivalent.
- PMP/Prince2 certification.
- Managed at least two large-scale e-Governance/IT programs and one IT implementation project as Project Director.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Required Skills
- Strong background in Data & Analytics delivery within IT services or Big 4
- Must have experience into Big Data, Power BI, Data Warehousing large scale enterprise data transformation projects
- Proven experience managing large, complex enterprise programs
- Strong client-facing and leadership capabilities
