Role Description

Internset is looking for a Data Engineering & Recruiting Analytics Specialist to build the data infrastructure that powers insights across hiring, workforce planning, and organizational growth.

This role sits at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and recruiting operations. You will design and maintain the data pipelines, models, and analytics systems that transform raw recruiting and workforce data into reliable insights for leadership and hiring teams.

You will work closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure that hiring decisions are supported by accurate data, scalable infrastructure, and actionable analytics.

This role requires both technical depth and practical thinking. Sometimes the right solution will be a robust data pipeline. Other times it may be a quick analytical model or prototype to support a time-sensitive hiring initiative.

Data Infrastructure & Engineering

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.

Build and optimize data warehouse tables and analytical data models for recruiting and workforce insights.

Transform raw recruiting data into structured, reusable datasets for reporting and analytics.

Implement data governance frameworks, including documentation, lineage tracking, and quality monitoring.

Develop automated reporting pipelines that scale with company growth.

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze recruiting and workforce datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

Conduct statistical analysis to support data-driven hiring and workforce planning decisions.

Perform root-cause analysis on recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline performance, and hiring outcomes.

Design analytical models that help leadership understand talent growth and hiring efficiency.

Visualization & Reporting

Build interactive dashboards and reporting systems that help stakeholders understand hiring performance.

Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Work with leadership to define and track key performance indicators related to recruiting and workforce planning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with recruiting, operations, and leadership teams to define analytics priorities.

Translate business problems into technical data solutions and analytical models.

Support teams in integrating and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources.
