Role Overview

Join a customer-facing Microsoft Fabric engineering team and contribute to cloud analytics and data science solutions. The role focuses on designing and implementing scalable data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure technologies.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with PySpark and notebooks.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience converting SQL stored procedures to PySpark.
• Experience implementing Medallion Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of SQL aggregation functions.

Good-to-Have Skills

• DP-600: Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric certification.
• DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure certification.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments using Jira.
• Knowledge of the investment domain; LOMA certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technology, architecture, product management, and design teams to deliver outcomes that enhance the customer experience.
• Plan, design, architect, and build feasible solutions based on Medallion Architecture principles.
• Load and process data from on-premises data warehouses and other sources into the Microsoft Fabric environment.
• Apply strong knowledge of data warehousing and data aggregation techniques.
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills, with a proven track record in software development.
