About the Role
We are looking for experienced Azure Data Engineers to design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data ingestion, transformation, storage, and analytics, ensuring high-quality data delivery for business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources (databases, APIs, streaming platforms) using Azure Data Factory.
- Perform data transformation and processing at scale using Azure Databricks or Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Manage data storage solutions including Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Blob Storage.
- Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics for large-scale analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to design data models and enable advanced analytics using Azure Analysis Services or Databricks.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all processes.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake.
- Expertise in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL, Spark, and big data processing frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with structured and unstructured data management.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices for data pipelines using Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, and Azure Automation.
- Experience in CI/CD for data solutions and pipeline automation.
