About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in data analysis, data science, or data engineering who excel at transforming raw data into reliable insights and scalable data pipelines. As a Senior Data Engineer at Kake, you will take ownership of end-to-end data solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining robust data infrastructure that supports analytics, reporting, and advanced modeling efforts. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering. You should have a strong command of SQL and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar is essential. Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses is required. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights and communicate effectively in English. The role demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.

Responsibilities
