Title: Data Engineer - SnowFlakes DBT

Location: Bangalore/ Pune/Hyderabad (Hybrid)

We are seeking a skilled Sr Data Engineer with expertise in Snowflake and DBT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering and a passion for building and optimizing data pipelines that support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Snowflake and DBT to ensure efficient data processing and analytics.
Utilize SnowSQL for querying and managing Snowflake databases and implementing data transformation processes.
Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions that meet organizational needs.
Implement and manage data integration solutions using IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services) to connect various data sources.
Schedule and monitor workflows using Apache Airflow to ensure timely data processing and delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues as they arise, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the pipeline.
Document ETL processes, data models, and architecture to maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data engineering and analytics.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security best practices.
Proficiency in SnowSQL for building queries and managing data.
Experience with DBT for transforming and modeling data within Snowflake.
Familiarity with IICS for integrating disparate data sources and platforms.
Knowledge of Apache Airflow for orchestrating complex data workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
