Description
We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in SAP MM, SD, and FICO to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, with a focus on developing and maintaining data pipelines that support business operations and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for SAP MM/SD/FICO modules.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation and testing processes.
- Create and maintain documentation for data architectures, processes, and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues in a timely manner.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in data engineering, specifically with SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP data structures and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
