Business Title: Data Engineer (Python) Job Location: Pune Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full Time Shift Timings: UK Shift (2:00 PM-11:00 PM IST / 3:00 PM-12:00 AM IST) Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines using Python, ETL, SQL AND Postgres SQL and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional stakeholders to gather data requirements and design scalable, efficient data models and solutions.
Optimize and tune existing data workflows for enhanced performance, reliability, and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all stages of the data pipeline.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical designs, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data engineering and cloud ecosystems.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
Strong understanding of ETL principles, data processing frameworks, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Python (2+ years) for data manipulation, scripting, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience in SQL scripting, including advanced querying in PostgreSQL.
