Data Engineer

About Position:

This role is for a Data Engineering professional with 4–10 years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing, including at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake development. The position focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines and data warehouse solutions, with an emphasis on Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, and data processing.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake and AWS Glue.
• Build and optimize ETL workflows for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and manage data ingestion processes from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Perform data transformation, cleansing, and validation to ensure data quality.
• Optimize Snowflake data models, queries, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data analysts and business stakeholders for data solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and AWS Glue.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and pipeline development.
• Experience in building ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
• Experience working with various data formats such as CSV, JSON, and Parquet.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
