Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines (batch & real-time)
• Design data models in Snowflake/warehouse platforms
• Optimize performance, cost, and data quality controls
• Lead solution design, data governance, and lineage implementation
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams for advanced use cases (RAG, LLM integrations)
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices

Required Skills:

• Strong Python & SQL
• Snowflake (or similar DWH) + data modeling expertise
• Airflow (or equivalent orchestration)
• Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Experience with large-scale data platforms, performance tuning
• Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines (nice-to-have: RAG, vector DBs)
