Microsoft Fabric Engineer/Lead – Data & Analytics

• We are looking for a Microsoft Fabric Engineer/Lead to join Olam's data & analytics team, supporting our global agri-commodity operations. You will be responsible for end-to-end platform setup, solution design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Fabric across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the Microsoft Fabric environment setup and governance; architect and design scalable data pipelines, lakehouses, and semantic models
• Develop and deploy analytics solutions aligned to agri-business use cases (supply chain, trading, Sustainability)
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years in data engineering/analytics with hands-on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse experience
• Strong skills in PySpark, SQL, Power BI, and Data Factory;
• Experience with medallion architecture and cloud data platforms;
• Ability to lead technically while communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
• Agri or commodities domain experience is a plus.
