Data Engineer - (Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake)

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake, ETL development and SQL. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), ensuring reliable data integration and performance across systems.

Experience Level: Associate - Level Data Engineer (3-4 yrs) with strong ETL (ADF, Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake) and SQL Development.

What You'll Do

As part of the job, you will be required to:

• Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using ADF, Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake.
• Develop and optimise SQL queries, procedures, and functions.
• Perform database administration tasks—user management, backups, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable data solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and database performance.
• Utilize Azure cloud services for scalable data storage and processing.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Must have technical skills

• 3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering or ETL Development.
• Strong expertise in ETL tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric and Delta Lake
• Proficiency in SQL Development.
• Experience with data modeling, query optimization, and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on exposure to Azure, with working knowledge of Synapse and SQL
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
