Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated Data Engineers to join a fast-paced healthcare technology environment and support the implementation of data-driven solutions for global healthcare customers. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, supporting analytics initiatives, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
  • Build, optimize, and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability for analytics and downstream applications.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and implementation needs.
  • Perform data ingestion, transformation, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Configure and execute analytical measures and reporting solutions.
  • Customize, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis and support customer delivery initiatives.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Delivery teams to ensure timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SQL.
  • Experience working with ETL/ELT frameworks and data integration tools.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience handling large datasets and building scalable data pipelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Python programming experience.
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy datasets and workflows.
  • Exposure to AI/Automation-driven data solutions.

Domain Experience

  • Prior experience in US Healthcare, Pharmacy, Payer, Provider, or Healthcare Analytics domains will be an added advantage.

Success Metrics

  • Timely completion of delivery sprints.
  • High-quality implementation with minimal UAT defects.
  • Successful adherence to customer go-live timelines.
  • Delivery of reliable, scalable, and optimized data solutions.

Additional Information

  • Work from Office (Noida) is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • Weekend support may be required during customer escalations, with compensatory offs provided.
  • Holiday calendar will be aligned with the project/client schedule.
