Data Engineer

KPI Partners is looking for a skilled Snowflake Data Engineer to join our growing Data Engineering team. If you are passionate about building scalable data pipelines and working with modern cloud data platforms, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Build and optimize data solutions on Snowflake.
• Develop efficient SQL queries for data transformation and reporting.
• Create and manage workflows using Apache Airflow.
• Develop Python-based scripts for data processing and automation.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across data pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing workflows.
• Document technical processes and follow coding best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake
• Excellent knowledge of SQL
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience building ETL/ELT Data Pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts
• Experience with relational databases and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6- 9 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
