KPI Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Incorta Development Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics solutions using the Incorta platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of Incorta data models and dashboards to address business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Oversee the full development lifecycle, from initial analysis to deployment and support of Incorta applications.

- Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and performance optimisation within the Incorta environment.

- Mentor and guide junior developers and data analysts in the use of Incorta and data analytics best practices.

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to Incorta and data analytics technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Incorta development.

- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.

- Proficient in SQL and data modelling techniques.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
