Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain STIBO STEP data models and workflows to ensure high-quality data management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize and maintain existing data integration processes to improve performance and efficiency.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality and system performance.
- Provide support in the development of best practices for data governance and compliance.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior team members in STIBO development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in STIBO (STEP) development and implementation.
