ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Data Engineer Intern for an established consumer-focused organisation in Hyderabad.

This is a six-month, on-site internship for fresh graduates and early-career professionals with practical knowledge of Python, MySQL, Pandas and NumPy. You will work hands-on with real-world datasets, data processing and backend engineering.

Interns who successfully complete the six-month internship will be converted to a full-time role. The full-time CTC will be decided based on each intern's potential and performance during the internship.

ROLE SNAPSHOT

• Location: Hyderabad (on-site)

• Duration: 6 months

• Experience: 0–1 year

• Conversion: Full-time role on successful completion of 6 months

• Full-time CTC: Based on potential and performance

• Relocation: Candidates outside Hyderabad must be willing to relocate

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Write Python scripts to process, clean and transform datasets

• Develop and run MySQL queries for data extraction and manipulation

• Use Pandas and NumPy for data analysis and validation

• Help build and maintain data-processing workflows

• Identify and resolve data-quality issues

• Support basic API integrations and backend operations

• Debug, test and document data-processing logic

• Collaborate with engineering and business teams

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• B.Tech / B.E. graduates preferred

• Strong foundation in Python programming

• Working knowledge of MySQL and SQL, including joins and aggregations

• Practical understanding of Pandas and NumPy

• Familiarity with Git is a plus

• Academic projects, internships or independent technical work that show these skills

• Based in Hyderabad, or willing to relocate

SELECTION PROCESS

1. Profile review by Nestor Services

2. Online test (mandatory): Python, SQL and data manipulation

3. Video technical interview with a panel

4. Final evaluation and offer
