About The Client
Our client is a global consumer goods organization with a large portfolio of well-known brands in the pet care and nutrition space, operating across markets worldwide. Their Customer Data Platform (CDP) team owns the ingestion, identity unification, and activation infrastructure that powers marketing and personalization initiatives for the entire brand portfolio at a global scale. The team culture is collaborative and mentorship-driven: engineers work closely with senior peers, documentation and runbooks are treated as part of the product, and data quality and privacy are taken seriously as first-class engineering concerns.
About The Role
You will join the client's Customer Data Platform (CDP) team as a Data Engineer, supporting the development and maintenance of data pipelines on Treasure Data / Treasure AI with guidance from senior engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include building and validating data pipeline logic, troubleshooting issues at the first level, and helping enforce PII tagging and data quality controls across a platform serving dozens of brands in over one hundred markets. This role is designed to foster growth, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in enterprise-scale customer data engineering. You are expected to arrive with solid engineering fundamentals in Python, SQL, and Java, and to ramp up on the CDP domain, Microsoft Azure, and the broader MarTech ecosystem on the job. This position offers a unique chance to learn from an established, well-supported team and gain hands-on experience in a complex, real-world environment rather than working in isolation.
