What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Possess good knowledge of different cloud platforms
• Have comprehensive understanding of technologies such as snowflake and shell scripting
• Have extensive knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, Map Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Storm, Oozie, and Sqoop
• Be familiar with version control tools such as GitHub
• Possess in-depth knowledge of structured, semi structured, and unstructured datasets
• Proficient in Hadoop, PySpark, Python and related technologies
• Deep technical knowledge of modern, distributed computing frameworks and platforms,
• Advanced working knowledge in implementing data pipelines on top of cloud technology stacks/On-premise
• Strong knowledge of SQL and performance tuning
• Solid knowledge of Linux environments
• Orchestration with Apache Nifi, Apache Airflow
• Working knowledge of implementing CI / CD pipelines.
• Log analysis and monitoring using Splunk
• Databricks, AWS, Snowflake.

What were looking for:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science / engineering from a reputed university
• 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, data management, and team management.
• More than six years of experience in people management
• Project management certification
• Hands-on experience as a delivery manager for multiple projects
• Ability to manage and execute competitive pilot programs
• Strong functional expertise in delivering thought leadership projects
• Ability to motivate a team to achieve client satisfaction
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end solution development
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills
• Hands-on experience in improving delivery processes and automating leads
• Ability to clearly discern complex solutions, align them with business objectives, and deliver critical solutions
• Hands-on experience in guiding and supporting peer consultants during a project
• Ability to handle stakeholders across diverse cultures and geographies
