We're seeking a Data Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to design, build, and manage scalable data systems. You'll play a key role in building data pipelines, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless data flow that powers insights and product decisions across eloelo.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Manage and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
- Support creation of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Work with Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
- Automate data processes and improve the scalability of existing systems.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, etc. ) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on knowledge of Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, etc. ).
- Familiarity with data warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming, gaming, or consumer tech products.
- Understanding of analytics, A/B testing, or machine learning data flows.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
