Role & Responsibilities You will be a data engineer advancing analytics capabilities and delivering actionable insights across risk, delivery, sales, finance, and talent domains.

The team

You will join a cross-business Operations & Integration team, focused on developing / innovating key measures of business performance and building dashboards and reporting that inform decisions and serve as foundation for new capabilities, key to US Operate business high growth.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be a data engineer advancing analytics capabilities and delivering actionable insights across risk, delivery, sales, finance, and talent domains.

Analytics & Dashboard / Reporting Development

  • Perform in-depth data analysis across multiple data sources to develop and pilot new measures of business performance.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reporting solutions in BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to story-tell with data and visualize key business insights to enable decision-making.
  • Enhance analyses / dashboards based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring usability, accuracy, andvisual appeal.

Data Management & Insight Generation

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare / normalize datasets for analytics projects.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and meaningful insights from complex data, and translate these into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage multiple analytics workflows, setting priorities and timelines to meet project goals.

Core technical skills:

  • Experience in executing data engineering (profiling, cleansing, normalization, manipulation) tasksand data analysis leveraging relevant tools (e.g., SQL, R, & Python).
  • Experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes (e.g., e.g., Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude).
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization: Tableau (Microsoft Power BI is a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in data storytelling.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in management information systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems/Science,economics, mathematics, engineering, or related field

Preferred:

  • Master's in data Analytics / Science, MIS, or related field
  • Experience with sales/revenue forecasting, risk-management analytics.
  • Experience in management consulting or client-facing analytics setting.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift timing: 2 PM to 11PM
