Our challenge

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven professional to drive new business growth within the Insurance vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of acquiring new clients, building executive relationships, and selling digital transformation, consulting, and technology services to insurance organizations.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within New Jersey, is $130k - $150k/year & benefits (see below).

Data Engineer – (Apache, Spark, GenAI, GCP BigQuery)

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong expertise in Apache ecosystem, Spark, and GCP BigQuery to build scalable data pipelines and support advanced analytics and GenAI use cases. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data workflows using Python and SQL, while integrating modern GenAI frameworks to enable intelligent data solutions.

Key Skills:

• Apache Spark & Apache ecosystem (Kafka, Airflow preferred)
• GCP BigQuery & cloud-native data solutions
• Strong Python & SQL programming
• Experience with GenAI frameworks / LLM integration
• Data pipeline development, ETL/ELT, and performance tuning
