Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer / Developer with strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL tools, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data ingestion, transformation, integration, and customer data platform implementations. The candidate will work closely with business, marketing, and analytics teams to build scalable and efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/data integration pipelines for customer and marketing data
  • Implement and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) integrations, including Data Prep, Source Connectors, and Destination Connectors
  • Develop and maintain server-side data pipelines using Python, REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-based integration frameworks
  • Configure and optimize AEP schemas, datasets, identities, and data ingestion workflows
  • Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and third-party systems with AEP
  • Work on customer profile unification, audience creation, segmentation, and activation workflows
  • Perform data validation, transformation, cleansing, and troubleshooting activities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand marketing and customer data requirements
  • Support production deployments, enhancements, and issue resolution activities
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained across platforms
  • Work with cross-functional teams including analytics, marketing operations, and engineering

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in SQL and Python programming
  • Experience with ETL tools and enterprise data integration processes
  • Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Knowledge of AEP Data Prep, Source Connectors, and Destination Connectors
  • Strong understanding of JSON, REST APIs, and server-side data pipelines
  • Experience working with CDP (Customer Data Platform) or MDM (Master Data Management) data structures
  • Good understanding of customer identity resolution and profile stitching concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Understanding of B2B marketing workflows and customer engagement platforms
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture
  • Experience in marketing analytics and campaign data processing
  • Understanding of customer journey orchestration and audience activation

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
