Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
• Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data pipelines to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience in building and managing data pipelines and workflows.
• Knowledge of data storage solutions and database management systems.
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools for efficient ETL processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain data quality and consistency.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
