You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring that the data infrastructure is robust and scalable to meet the demands of the organization.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Spark.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Apache Spark.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
