Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:

In the role of Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing robust data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This includes creating and maintaining efficient data pipelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data, and implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data across various systems. The position requires continuous monitoring and optimization of data workflows to support seamless data migration and deployment, enabling smooth operations and reliable data availability for multiple teams and projects.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within data workflows to enhance overall system performance.
• Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring team members and encouraging knowledge sharing to build collective expertise.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align data engineering activities with organizational goals and project timelines.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Design.
• Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and best practices for data integration and processing.
• Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes to ensure efficient data migration and transformation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data workflows to maintain high data quality and system reliability.
• Familiarity with data storage solutions and techniques to support scalable and secure data management.
