Job Description

Job Title: Data Engineer

Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Shift: Night Shift

Experience: 2+ Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and integrations to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Perform data integration from multiple internal and external sources
  • Work on API integrations for seamless data exchange
  • Develop and manage databases using MySQL
  • Create dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems
  • Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong hands-on experience in MySQL
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with Data Integration, API Integration
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and Data Pipeline development
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work in Night Shifts
  • Comfortable with Work From Office (Pune location)
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
