Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. Build and configure implementations of Process Mining Projects using Celonis technology to meet customer requirements and drive measurable business impact.
What are we looking for
- Fair understanding of Data Engineering / SQL / Celonis Process Mining
- Fair experience with ETL applications in relational databases; working knowledge of SQL / PQL / YAML
- Working knowledge of SQL (3–5 years) and experience in data model creation
- Good understanding of Process Mining capability
- Experience in creation of KPIs for Supply Chain, Procurement, T&E, Banking, and Insurance processes
- Experience in Celonis components: Process Analytics, Event Collection, Action Engine, Transformation Center
- Willingness to learn and implement new technologies to augment process mining capability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and implement customer requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- 15 years of full-time education
- Knowledge of one or more modern programming languages or BI Visualization tools (Celonis, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with Process Mining tools — Celonis, Signavio, QPR, Mavim, ARIS, etc
- Experience in Data Modeling Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand the Process Mining solution offered by Celonis and its existing capabilities
- Extract and create transformations on client data
- Build and customize the data model based on client business processes
- Build KPIs to highlight use-cases specific to processes and client requirements
- Build analyses and implement next-best-action recommendations for process improvements, BE,BTech
