Data Management involves the process of collecting, storing, organizing, and maintaining data. It ensures that data is accurate, accessible, and secure. The goal is to support decision-making, improve efficiency, and comply with regulations by effectively handling data throughout its lifecycle. Primary skillsets often include Data Engineering with AWS. A self service platform that allows to meet the organization analytics needs.
What are we looking for
- Advanced Power BI (data modeling, complex DAX measures, ETL using Power Query)
- Dashboard development aligned with business and strategic objectives
- Strong understanding of KPI frameworks and executive-level reporting
- Alteryx Designer (workflow automation, data cleaning, integration)
- Handling unstructured data transformation and automation
- Tracking deliverables and ensuring timeline compliance
- Working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Managing incoming requests and prioritization
- Translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation
- UAT testing and validation before deployment
- Ownership mindset and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- MS Power Automate (process automation)
- Advanced Excel including formulas, VBA/macros
- Conducting feasibility studies and proof of concepts
- Data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
- Root cause analysis for data issues
- Identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
- Designing scalable data storage and reporting solutions
- Strong technical background with automation experience Roles and Responsibilities:
- In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
- May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
- The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
