Job Responsibilities
- You will conduct financial analysis and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in monthly reporting of Actuals.
- You will develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data for financial reporting.
- You will prepare and present monthly financial reports, highlighting key variances and insights.
- You will identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data, ensuring alignment with external reports.
- You will support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
- You will engage with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 3 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking to understand complex business processes.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage priorities.
