About the Role
Trinamix is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Conversion Developer to join our growing Oracle Cloud and enterprise applications team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in data migration, data conversion, ETL processes, and enterprise application implementations.
The role involves designing, developing, validating, and supporting data conversion and migration solutions across enterprise platforms. The candidate will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient data transformation and migration aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute data conversion and migration solutions for enterprise applications.
- Analyze source system data and map it to target application structures.
- Develop ETL scripts, conversion programs, validation reports, and data load processes.
- Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
- Work with business and functional teams to understand conversion requirements and data quality expectations.
- Support data migration activities for Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, or other enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, conversion scripts, and automation utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during migration and deployment phases.
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover activities, and production deployments.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, mapping documents, reconciliation reports, and deployment guides.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 to 8 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in data conversion and migration projects.

- Data Conversion

- Data Mapping & Validation
- Strong expertise in SQL and database technologies.
- Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and data loading tools.
- Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications or enterprise ERP systems.
- Familiarity with FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, or similar Oracle data loading tools is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX Cloud implementations.
- Exposure to integration technologies such as OIC, MuleSoft, or Dell Boomi.
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica, ODI, or Talend.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Oracle certifications will be an added advantage.
