Role Overview
We are seeking a highly dependable Data Collection & Field Audit Lead to support large-scale data gathering, validation, and on-site audits across multiple client locations.
The role involves extensive fieldwork, interaction with diverse stakeholders, and secure handling of sensitive information, supported by technology-driven data platforms.
This position is critical for ensuring accuracy, integrity, and audit-readiness of organizational data used for analysis and reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection & Validation
- Conduct on-site visits to client locations for structured data collection
- Gather quantitative and qualitative data through audits, interviews, and document reviews
- Validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Field Audits & Assessments
- Perform operational and process-level audits across multiple locations
- Assess documentation, workflows, and compliance with defined reporting requirements
- Identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas during field assessments
Stakeholder Interaction
- Engage professionally with on-ground teams, operations staff, and management
- Coordinate data requests and clarify information requirements
- Maintain a neutral, professional, and audit-oriented approach
Technology & Digital Platforms
- Use internal technology platforms and digital tools for data entry and tracking
- Ensure timely, structured, and secure submission of field data
- Support process improvements through effective use of technology
Confidentiality & Data Governance
- Handle sensitive organizational and personnel data with strict confidentiality
- Adhere to internal data governance, ethical standards, and non-disclosure norms
- Maintain independence and integrity during audits and assessments
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare structured field notes, summaries, and validation reports
- Collaborate with internal analysis and product teams
- Support internal and external review processes
Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience & Background
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data auditing, compliance, operations, inspections, or similar roles
- Experience working in multinational or distributed operational environments preferred
- Strong exposure to fieldwork and on-site assessments
- MBA or BE/BTECH
Language & Communication
- Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Clear documentation and professional communication skills
Technology Skills
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Strong working knowledge of spreadsheets and data tools
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technology environments
Added Advantage
- Python skills are an added advantage (data handling, validation, automation)
- Experience with large-scale data programs or reporting initiatives
