Location: Singapore (onsite role)

Work model: Minimum 3 days onsite per week, up to 5 days depending on deployment needs

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale hyperscaler infrastructure deployment programs supporting mission-critical data center operations.

This role is focused on end-to-end delivery of infrastructure deployments, including rack integration, hardware rollout, and capacity expansion initiatives across APAC data c

enters.The ideal candidate brings strong execution ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on understanding of data center environments, and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-impact delivery settings.

This role partners closely with engineering, operations, logistics, and customer teams to ensure successful delivery at scale.

What You'll Do

Drive Deployment Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center deployment programs
• Oversee rack integration, server/storage/network deployments, and migration activities
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, and executive-level reporting

Manage On-Site Operations

• Coordinate build, installation, cabling validation, testing, and site readiness activities
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and operational standards
• Maintain delivery performance across timelines, SLAs, and throughput

Lead Cross-Functional Delivery

• Work closely with engineering, operations, logistics, facilities, and OEM partners
• Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and customer teams
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and alignment across functions

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain core delivery documentation (SOPs, MOPs, runbooks, reporting)
• Track key KPIs and drive improvements across deployment efficiency and quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 7-10 years of experience managing infrastructure or data center projects
• Experience supporting hyperscale, colocation, or enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of:
• Data center infrastructure and deployment workflows
• Rack integration and hardware lifecycle management
• Structured cabling and network deployment
• Operational readiness and deployment governance
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors
• Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills
