Job Description

Lead the design and development of mechanical and cooling systems for construction projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
Develop and review detailed engineering designs and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines for all designs.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables related to mechanical and cooling systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the design team.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.
Engage with stakeholders to align design objectives with project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head - Design (Mechanical & Cooling Systems) should have:

A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in designing mechanical and cooling systems for industrial or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in mechanical design.
Experience in managing teams and leading design projects.
Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to the role.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
