About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in
Delhi, India. This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.
Compensation
500-800/hr (INR hourly)
Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after-hours work may qualify for premium rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
- Document all work with photos and detailed notes
- Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams
- Data center or IT infrastructure experience
- Server hardware and networking knowledge
- Reliable and professional with strong communication
- Proximity to local data center facilities
- Flexible schedule for on-call/emergency work
