Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Center Sales Engineer based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support and consultation on data center solutions, designing and proposing infrastructure and cabling layouts, assisting clients with data center operations, and troubleshooting technical challenges. The role requires collaboration with both internal teams and clientele to deliver reliable solutions tailored to specific requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Data Center Operations and Infrastructure
- Experience with Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Cabling and related processes
- Understanding of Data Center technologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Prior experience in sales or technical roles within the energy, automation, or data center domain is an asset
