Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and support servers in Insurance and Banking sector environments, ensuring high availability and security.
- Perform diagnosis and troubleshooting of server, system, and network-related issues.
- Create and maintain configuration and log files for all servers and identify errors proactively.
- Manage and support different types of servers, including rack, blade, and tower servers.
- Configure and install routers and switches to ensure reliable network connectivity.
- Perform network cable installation, labeling, and maintenance.
- Support and maintain line printers connected to servers.
- Manage and monitor leased line connectivity, including coordination with service providers.
- Work with blade and rack servers, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Assemble and maintain computers and related hardware components.
- Install, configure, and support all types of operating systems as per business requirements.
- Provide support for all types of printers, including local and network printers.
