ABOUT THE ROLE

Svadhyay is looking for an experienced Data Center Infrastructure SME with strong hands-on expertise in the physical design, development, installation, operation, and maintenance of data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of data center facility planning, rack and cabinet infrastructure, power distribution, UPS systems, HVAC, and cooling solutions. The role involves representing Svadhyay in client engagements, leading technical discussions, supporting training initiatives, and providing expert guidance on data center infrastructure projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project 1: Academy – Training & Development

• Lead end-to-end data center training projects, including planning, curriculum development, coordination, and execution.
• Develop training content, technical presentations, and practical learning materials.
• Deliver corporate training sessions or mentor assigned trainers based on project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and support technical discussions to understand training requirements.
• Ensure effective training delivery aligned with client expectations and industry practices.

Project 2: Technical Consulting

• Represent Svadhyay in client engagements, technical discussions, and solution-oriented meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable data center infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical direction on infrastructure planning, design, installation, testing, and operational readiness.
• Guide project execution and coordinate technical activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Build client confidence through strong domain expertise and practical industry insights.

• Rack and Cabinet Infrastructure

• HVAC Systems and Precision Cooling
• Power Distribution Systems and Electrical Infrastructure
• Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
• Data Center Installation, Testing and Commissioning
• Infrastructure Maintenance, Reliability and Operational Management
• Power and Cooling Efficiency, Capacity Planning and Infrastructure Optimization

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• 12+ years of relevant experience in data center infrastructure, facilities, engineering, or operations.
• Strong hands-on understanding of the physical infrastructure required to design, build, power, cool, and maintain data centers.
• Experience in technical consulting, client-facing engagements, or infrastructure solution discussions.
• Prior experience in corporate training, technical mentoring, or curriculum development is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions and training programs.
