Role Overview
We are looking for a Network Integration Engineer with strong expertise in IP/MPLS, Data Center networking, and service automation to support large-scale telecom environments. The role involves service provisioning, integration, troubleshooting, and close coordination with planning, operations, and program teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handhold Bharti MS / Planning teams for service provisioning
- Configuration, integration & service provisioning using
- VSD / FSS / VNO automation
- Troubleshoot deployment and integration-related issues
- Support TAC / backend teams by collecting logs and assisting in RCA for VNO issues
- Proactively manage and resolve escalated cases
- Analyze and diagnose complex network issues and restore services
- Liaise with TPM / PM / PC and other support teams for chronic network or service issues
- Execute planned activities: service activation, testing, and rollout as per schedule
- Prepare and maintain documentation: HLD, DLD, SOPs, Handover checklists, Tools Integration
- Prepare periodic operational and customer review reports
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Strong knowledge of IP Networking & Protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, IP/MPLS, Segment Routing, Nokia Routers - IXR 7k/8k/9k Series
- Data Center technologies: VXLAN, EVPN, L2VPN, L3VPN
- Hands-on experience with CLI-based router/switch configuration (preferably Nokia)
- Network automation & scripting: Python, Shell scripting, Cron jobs
- Experience with Netconf, Network Automation, Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Good Linux / Unix OS skills
- Understanding of SDN, NFV, Virtualization (Kubernetes exposure is a plus)
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Nokia / Cisco / Huawei platforms
- Familiarity with Nokia Cloud Operations Manager
- Certifications: Nokia NRS1 / CCNA / CCNP / JNCIA
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or service provider networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Preferred: Electronics & Telecommunication or any)
