- Data Catalog Platform Administration (Alation).
- Administer and maintain self-hosted data catalog environments on Linux.
- Perform platform upgrades, migrations, and backup/restore operations.
- Configure and troubleshoot metadata extraction and query log ingestion pipelines.
- Implement and support SSO and SCIM for user authentication and provisioning.
- Develop and maintain Python-based ETL workflows for data ingestion and transformation.
- Collaborate with data platform teams to maintain connectors and credentials.
- Manage customer support activities, including creating and tracking tickets in ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Provide operational documentation and root-cause analysis for incidents.
