Job Description
Data & Automations Analyst – SiliconPath Law

The Data & Automations Analyst finds the repeatable work in SiliconPath Law's case workflow and makes it faster, more accurate, and safer using AI and automation. They also give leadership a clear, live view of how the firm is performing. This person builds tools and dashboards that case managers, immigration specialists, content writers, paralegals, attorneys, and leadership use every day.
Core responsibilities
- Workflow automation: Automate handoffs, reminders, and routine messages in our case management system, such as welcome emails, document requests, and recommender follow-ups.
- Document checks: Build tools that flag missing, illegible, outdated, or inconsistent documents before the immigration specialist reviews them.
- Drafting support: Create and maintain AI prompts, templates, and workflows for first drafts of letters of recommendation (LORs), personal statements, and petition sections, with built-in checks that every number and date matches the evidence.
- Reporting: Automate the weekly client progress reports, attorney case summaries, and the progress tracker.
- Dashboards and analytics: Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership a live view of the firm, including the case pipeline and stages, turnaround times, document and signature delays, team capacity against role ratios, role KPIs, and Request for Evidence (RFE) trends.
- Responsible AI and data protection: Ensure every AI tool the team uses protects client data, and set and maintain SPL's guidelines for safe AI use.
- Training and adoption: Train the team on new tools, gather feedback, and keep improving what's been built.
- Measuring impact: Track time saved, error rates, and adoption for every tool, and report the results to leadership.

- Process analysis: You can map a messy workflow and spot exactly where automation will help most.
- AI implementation: You know how to get reliable, accurate results from AI tools, and how to test them.
