Required Technical Skill Set - Data Modeling in HR System, Identify and Role & Access Management

Desired Experience Range - 5-10 yrs

Location of Requirement - Mumbai

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 10 yrs)

• Experience in HR systems that define organization structures, roles and segregation of responsibilities
• Identify and Access Management products like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience with Requirement gathering and documenting in a structured format
• Translate data collected to a data model such that systems can use it. Experience of doing it in the context of complex organizations
• Experience with repositories like LDAP, AD etc.
• Defining and implementing Role Based Access Controls

Good-to-Have

Experience with process simplification / redesign
