Data Architect - (SAP / Salesforce / ServiceNow )

Data Architect JD:

The Data Architect will be a key member of the Global Business Systems organization with responsibility for servicing clients business community with reporting needs. This position will be responsible to help the reporting team with building data models based of Service Now, JIRa, PPM, Rally, SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Workday, maintain BI suite(QlikView, Qlik Sense and/or Business Objects. In addition to establishing and maintaining good working relationships internally, this position will participate in various cross-functional organizational initiatives.

It's required to have data architecture experience with knowledge of atleast SAP, Salesforce and Servicenow systems, but others can be optional

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create Blueprints of the Data Models
• Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Design cross-department data models
• Meet with different stakeholders to understand the data needs and propose a model design
• Identify System integration patterns between different applications
• Design security protocols for sensitive data to comply with GDPR, SOX controls
• Establish data quality standards
• Evaluate various tool sets available and recommend the tool usage
• Mentor team members on architecture patterns and model design
• Hands on experience in Google Cloud Platform

EXPERIENCE:

• 8+ years or more of experience as data engineer building data solutions with atl east 3 yrs as Data Architect in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with data modelling and data warehouse concepts
• Solid understanding of data in Service Now, JIRA, SAP, HANA, Salesforce, Workday, Rally, PPM etc
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills are an absolute must
• Proven track record of willingness and interest in learning new tools and technologies is necessary
• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Rally

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
