Data Architect ( Must have MDM, Data Governance. ETL )

A Data Architect serves as a technical leader responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing enterprise data ecosystems tailored for data & analytics landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Align data architecture with Eaton business, application, and infrastructure needs. - Conduct data quality assessments, conceptual modeling, and information needs analysis. - Design data storage and access mechanisms including ODS, data warehouses, data marts, big data. - Define governance frameworks and ensure compliance with Eaton's data standards. - Lead technical delivery, assign tasks, and resolve issues during implementation. - Oversee integration patterns such as MDM, ETL/ELT, and API-based data flows. - Monitor data ecosystem health, performance, and optimization. Primary Skills & Knowledge: - Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture principles. - Expertise in information management, metadata, governance, and MDM. - Knowledge of transactional systems, ODS, warehouses, data marts, big data. - Ability to guide teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery.
