Senior Data & AI Lead / Sr. Data Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Lead / Sr. Data Architect with 8–15 years of experience to drive end-to-end data solutions, cloud modernization, and emerging GenAI programs for enterprise clients. This role requires strong AWS architecture expertise, data modernization experience, and ETL proficiency (Informatica preferred), along with the ability to lead large-scale delivery of pods.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Architecture of data modernization and AWS cloud transformation programs

Design scalable AWS architectures across data, analytics, and compute layers

Own solutioning for data platforms, ETL pipelines, and analytics ecosystems

Drive application and data modernization initiatives (rehost, replatform, refactor)

Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Informatica or similar tools

Architect modern data stacks including lakehouse and real-time solutions

Lead cross-functional delivery pods across engineering, AI, and business teams

Act as a trusted advisor translating business problems into data solutions

Ensure security, governance, scalability, and cost optimization

Mentor teams and support pre-sales and solutioning initiatives

Stay updated on modern data stack and AI trends

Good to have: Exposure to GenAI (LLMs, Bedrock, RAG)

Required Skills & Experience

8–15 years of experience in data architecture, analytics, or AI delivery

Strong expertise in AWS (S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, EMR, ECS/EKS, VPC)

Experience in cloud migration and modernization (6Rs framework)

Hands-on ETL experience (Informatica preferred)

Strong data warehousing and lakehouse knowledge

Experience in enterprise-scale data platform delivery

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

Strong stakeholder and leadership skills

Experience leading delivery teams/pods

Knowledge of data governance, MDM, data mesh/fabric

Good to Have

Exposure to Generative AI and LLMs

AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, or OpenAI

Python / PySpark

Microservices or event-driven architecture

AI governance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in enterprise data transformation programs

Consulting or system integrator background

Strong understanding of data security
