Position: Data Architect

Location: Chennai(Onsite- WFO)

Experience: Overall 10+ years

Relevant experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Define data models, data flows, and integration patterns across systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain data platform blueprints aligned with business and technology goals.
• Evaluate and recommend modern data tools and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical and operational needs into scalable data solutions.
• Experience in data governance frameworks, including ownership, stewardship, and data lineage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data Integration Tools: Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Talend, dbt, Informatica
• Storage & Warehousing: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, Delta Lake
• Programming: SQL, Python, Spark
• Data Modelling Tools: ERWin, dbt, Power Designer
• Deep understanding of data governance, MDM, and metadata management.
• Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in architecting analytics and BI ecosystems in Power BI or Tableau
