Data Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient data architecture solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to understand requirements and develop strategies that ensure seamless data integration, storage, and analysis, while maintaining data security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Architecture Design:

Develop and implement data architecture strategies, including data modeling, schema design, and database optimization.

Establish data pipelines and workflows to ensure seamless data integration and movement.

Data Management:

Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation for data systems.

Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.

Collaboration:

Partner with data engineers, analysts, and software developers to ensure optimal performance of data infrastructure.

Work with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Technology Implementation:

Recommend and implement data management tools, platforms, and technologies.

Evaluate and select appropriate database technologies (e.g., relational, NoSQL, cloud-based solutions).

Security and Compliance:

Ensure data architecture meets industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

Implement security measures to protect sensitive and proprietary data.

Performance Optimization:

Monitor data systems to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.

Proactively address scalability and efficiency issues.

Innovation and Trends:

Stay up-to-date with emerging data technologies and trends.

Continuously improve processes and systems to meet evolving business needs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of AI, Blockchain, or decentralized technologies is a bonus.
